Esther Martinez Pastor


PhD and Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid and law Degree from the UNED.

She is currently professor at the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the King Juan Carlos University, where she teaches the subjects of Interactive Advertising and Basics of Advertising in the grade of Advertising and Public Relations. Her research interests are focused on the regulation of advertising, advertising of minors and emotions.

Among her publications stand out: Research on digital Advertising in Spanish Scientific journals,
gender representation in advertising campaigns for toys at Christmas (2009-2012).

Voluntary regulation on advertising: analysis and proposals for improvements based on the study of the case, Advertising and toys: analysis of ethical and legal codes, among others. She currently participates as a jury of advertising of ¨ Autocontrol¨.
